Backing up problem Itouch need HELP!!?

It never happened to me before and I dont know why but everytime I plug my itouch in and the itunes pop up it shows on the top Backing up 'itouch' file and it starts Transferring purchase from my itouch and i jailbroke mine so i didnt buy the apps so idk whats going on and i want to stop this from happening but everytime i plug it in it shows that its backing up the file and transfering the purchase.. and starts to copy the apps. What can i do to stop this?

Answer:
You shouldn't of jail broken it anyway. It's very risky and is probably causing your issue to happen. You're screwed buddy...
