My computer speakers are buzzing, how can I fix them?

Clicking and buzzing in my speakers ?

• there is always a clicking and buzzing and tapping sounds coming from my speakers on my computer. it is the most annoying thing and its been happening since forever! they are Altec Lansing brand. sometimes i fiddle with the wires and it goes away but the last couple days it has just gotten worst. can anyone tell me a way to fix them ? or are they done ? :(

  You are on the right track, it is loosing the connections. Trace it to where the connection problem is, does it come from one speaker only or both? (if one Speaker maybe speaker if both then wires). If you can trace it and/or open the speaker(s) go for it, otherwise they're done. good luck.
