Is there an app where I can watch movies off the internet for my ipad?

I'm not talking about netflix, but one where i can watch any movie i want from the internet.

You need to realize Apple will only allow apps from legitimate services which rightfully provide the movies they do, and with that, have likely have apps from a number of those services, and more than likely for pay. Becasue of rights and such, no one service will have all the movies, and some movies will not be available at all, to any provider.
