What's The Best External Microphone For The Canon Vixia HF R100?

What is a good external microphone (shotgun mic) for a canon vixia HF R100 camcorder?

I need a boom mic/ shotgun mic that is compatible with the vixia HF R100 camcorder. I bought a canon DM 100 but it didnt work.. The vixia HF R100 has a n 1/8 mic jack on it. The guy form Canon says it needs "600 ohms of impedance" condenser stereo microphone. Send me some amazon links I am looking to get it on there. 100-300 price range!!
