If i flash an htc evo to metro pcs will i be able to use the internet?

Ok my mom wants to flash an htc evo to metro pcs because she wants the latest technology even though she cant figure out how to use her huawei m835. Anyways she wants me to find out how everything will work so if i flash it to metro pcs will she be able to use the internet and ow much will her monthly bill be.

If you fine someone to fully flash your evo...everything will work..they will have to add your phone esn number to Metro Pcs...now if you take it to a Metro Pcs store and they don't offer a full flash..and do flash your phone you will only get talk and text...one of the best place to fine someone to do a full flash and add your esn number is Craigslist..most will charge you $55+ to do this and then you can go to Metro $40 plan with everything working
