I need to know how eBay works.

EBay Question.. I Got Gipped & Need To Know What I Need In Order To File A Complaint Aginst The Seller?

• Okay so i bought an item off of EBay Seller it's a Socom 4 U.S. Navy S.E.A.L's Deployment Bundle It comes with The Game, Battlefield Rifle, PS3 Move Camera, Move Controller and a Move Nav Controller well she only sent the gun and the game and claims the other stuff isn't included in the Deployment Bundle but after doing research i know it is... Nowhere on her sales page does it say ONLY the gun and game was included in the description it says Socom 4 US Navy Seals Full Deployment Bundle For Sale... My question is what do i need in order to file a complaint against her with EBay and will it do any good to file the complaint?

  Its just good manners to contact the seller first. Let him know what the problem is. Most sellers work very hard to protect their feedback and DSR score. As a last resort if you don't hear back from the seller within a couple of days you can file "a not as described claim. There is an 18 years of age requisite to buy and sell on eBay ---tread lightly if you don't meet it.
