What is a good subwoofer/ amp system for my car?

I have a car subwoofer and and amp with it. I am trying to hook it up to my stero system in my room.......?

I need help finding a way how to get power to my amp through a wall outlet. Is the a power cable i can buy that will go from my wall outlet to my amp. If so, can you tell me a web site?

It is possible, but you're going to have to get a 12 volt power supply that is capable of supplying enough amps to run it. You might find this to be more expensive than fixing the home system you have.

you need to splice the single red cable to a plug or somethin. car amps are not made for use with home systems, that why the plug wont work anywhere in your house, it made for the one positive cable on the car.
