How do I get movies on an SD card?

How do u get music files and movies on an sd card??

• i want to know if u have to install a software program to transfer music and movie files on an sd card or do u just put the sd card in a sd card reader and the computer will automatically notice and let me transfer the music file onto the card like that???

  You should be able to open up "my computer" and open up one of the removeable disk drives (ex: F:/ or G:/ ) and then you open that up so that you can see the contents of the card (nothing). You should be able to highlite the files you want and drag them over to the card drive. In case you didn't know, you highlite the files you want, left-click and hold on the files you want, and drag the mouse over to the open/empty file. But to answer the original question: NO. no additional programs to transfer files to the card. As long as the files in question are not I-tunes files this should work.
