Why won't my computer show up on my LED TV?
-
I bought an adapter to convert the VGA monitor output to my RCA input. (red/white/yellow cables) When I hook it into my computer it says "no signal" Can anybody help? I want to use my TV as a monitor for my old computer since I don't have a monitor for it anymore. When I plug the old computer into my new computer's monitor it works fine. Just won't work with the TV.

Answer:
You mean a cheap cable VGA to composite video? It will never work. You need a video converter box, unless your video card has an option to output composite video over VGA (possible, but rare).
