GPS tracking device help??

hey guys i want a gps tracking device tat shud be so small tat anyone can take it in his pocket anywhere and i can also track him to... obviously it shud be in pair (one for him and another with me ) guys plz tell me that is it available in the market or not and whats its price.. it shud be in new delhi

I seen them. Basically they are a GPS receiver and a GPRS modem. They makes them like a large cell phone, including the battery to run them, which may last a good part of a day. You subscribe to a data service, and have it send you its coordinates. Or you can get similar hardware, which reports to a service you subscribe to, and the service provides tracking on a website.
