Would a CD-R work in a computer dvd player?

i have a project for school and i made an imovie and i need to put it on a cd so i can play it at school. what type of cd would work?

Answer:
Any cd would work in a computer but not a DVD player. Obviously, you would new a DVD to play videos in a DVD player. If it gonna be on a computer, then any type of cd is okay.

So long as it is less than 700 MB, yes. You migh sooner use a USB drive, or a DVD-R though.
