What Dazzle capture card is the best?

Is the Dazzle platinum the best quality dazzle capture card?

there are several different types of dazzle capture cards like, DVC 100, Video creator plus, Video creator plus HD, DVC 170, DVC 107 and the platinum, but people tell me the Platinum is the best , since it is more expensive, can someone please help because i am impatient and i want a dazzle right away, but i want the best quality one.
