Why does my iPod apps keep crashing?

I have the latest software untethered jailbreaked and every app keeps crashing not in 5 secs but if I keep it open a long time and it's getting annoying because if I'm on safari on YouTube it goes back like 5 pages and I have to look for what ever I was watching again and on games I have to earn what I lost again. Can anyone help please I dont think the jailbreak is the problem because I used to have another unjailbreaked iPod that had the same problem
