How do I get analog and digital channels?

I NeED TO GET 8 CHANNELS OF TOSLINK AUDIO TO 8 ANALOG CHANNELS OF XLR OR TRS. DOES ANYONE KNOW ANY HARDWARE?

I CAN'T FIND ANY RECORDING GEAR THAT WILL GO FROM TOSLINK TO ANALOG OUTPUTS. JUST THE OTHER WAY AROUND. IT WOULD BE A HUGE HELP IF I COULD MORE OUTPUT CHANNELS.
