Why does my phone keep randomly saying, 'Connecting to music sync'? And how do i get rid of it?

While i am texting, my phone lg vu keeps interrupting with this popup message telling me that i am connecting to music sync... I really want to get rid of this problem! PLEASE HELP ME!

Answer:
Sounds like you need to turn off your wifi. It sounds like it's connecting to every signal it comes onto contact with. Find it near the top left with the Blackberry. Unfortunately you didn't post the make of your phone.
