How Did I change My Old ID in yahoo.com?

IPod touch 4g Apple ID change help, please!?

• Ok, so, I changed the email address on file for my ipod touch 4th generation. Therefore, the Apple ID changed. However, it did not change on my iPod. So, when I try to download an app or sign in to anything, the old apple ID is there and I don't know how to change it so it shows the new one. If I don't change it, it will show that the password is always incorrect because the old ID doesn't exist anymore, therefore no password is correct for it. As you know, a window pops up with the Apple ID and below it a box to enter your password in. The Apple ID is not a changeable thing from this box (it is not in a text box that can be changed). PLEASE HELP. :D

  Hey! Okay so I have an ipod touch 4g too. What you need to do is go to settings>App Store>then click on your ID and it will give you three choices. It says View Apple ID, Sign Out, and Iforgot. Click sign out. When you go to purchase music or apps, it will pop up and you can type in your username. Hope I helped!
