How do you transfer your pictures on you computer to your ipod touch?

If your using windows, when you plug your ipod into the computer, itunes should pop up as well as a little menu that has a picture of you ipod and the name of your ipod. When you get this menu, there are three or four options. One is transfer pictures. When you click on this, all of your ipod pictures will be moved from your ipod to your computer, and your computer pictures will be moved onto the ipod. If you don't want the computer pictures on your ipod, you will have to manually delete them from the ipod.
