New to DVD burners, what disc format is best?
-
I finally joined the 21st century and bought a computer that can burn DVD's. I'm confused about all the different media types. Which one works best with home DVD players? DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD+RW, etc...? I want to convert my home movies (birthdays, Christmas, etc..) to DVD so we can watch them on our TV. I just picked up a 5 pack of DVD+RW thinking that if I screw it up, I could rewrite it. I don't want to open it up just in case I got the wrong thing and need to take them back. Also, if there are any common fixes that I need to know about, that information would also be greatly appreciated.
