You can use Leawo Free DVD Creator. I think it is the easiest software i have ever tried, to burn video to dvd with menu. You can find Leawo Free DVD Creator here: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&newwindow=1&q=leawo+dvd+creator&aq=f&aqi=g2&oq= Wish it can help, good luck!

A number of options. One is to buy a combo VCR/DVD recorder that can copy each way. Doesn't work with any commercial copyrighted material, but home-made tapes will copy just fine. Another is to buy a video capture card for your computer, along with software to create video DVDs, but that's pretty time-consuming, not to mention all the details in the process. Probably the easiest way is to go to Walmart, Target, CVS, Walgreens, any store that has a photo processing department and use their transfer service. They send your VHS tape to a transfer company who returns a DVD plus your original tape in about 3 weeks. Cost is $10 - $20 per tape, with a 2-hr maximum per tape. (They also will not transfer commercial tapes unless you can prove that you're the legal owner of the copyright. But again, home-made tape transfers are what they do.)
