How do i sell a item on ebay?

If i sell on ebay but receive no payment but i have already sent the item how do i get my money back?(or item)?

  • i sent item thinking guy had paid but i was victim of a fake paypal email and realised i had a false email saying he had paid but hadnt been cleared so sent it then after realising it was fake can do nothing but open a dispute? how do i receive compensation for it??

    have you discussed this with pay pal, I know they have a place to report fraud, sounds like a good place to start,plus you can give them the user name of who bought the item and they may even get in touch with them for you and put up an alert

Well as the person said before me said you are SOL. Always wait for payment before sending out an item. This is one reason I dont use paypay or any electronic form of payment when I used to sell on ebay. Id only accept a cashiers check or money orders. Yes they are a pain but I dont want to take any chances. Unless you have logged into your pay pal account, without clicking a link you then would know for sure if you have gotten payment. I highly doubt you will get that item you sent back. Sorry. Well hold on. did you send it by Fed Ex? UPS? DHL? if so you may be able to contact the company (if you have a tracking #) and have them pull it and possibly return it back to you - but act fast!

You is knackered - try doing a pay-poo dispute but frankly, you are cream crackered. NEVDER EVER send an item before you are totally sure payment has been received. Always check via PP - and log in from a new window, not a link.

You don't. You have been the victim of a scam which outside eBay's or Paypal's control. Sorry, but you have lost the money and lost the item.
