Where can I get $500 Best Buy Gift cards for say $450?

Hi I know there must be a way to get $500 best buy gift cards are a fraction of its cost otherwise how else are people on ebay selling $500 Best Buy Gift Cards for like $475. I am sure these people have a way to get these cards are very very very cheap in order to resell them. How are they able to do that? I need to know the way to buy these cards at maybe 60% or less of their total value. How do I go about doing that. I need real answers and real websites that will enable to get these cards. Thanks. Don't believe everything you see on eBay. A lot of those cutrate gift cards are worthless. They're stolen, and stores will not honor them. And then you're stuck with them.
