Why wont netflix itouch app let me log back in?

Me and my brother both have a netflix app on our ipod. his was working fine but when i got on mine to log in (first time using it and had to log in) it wouldnt let me. it kept saying error or "timed out" every time. i double checked and the password and username are correct. we have an account and the tv in our house works fine with it and my brothers app worked fine but when i logged out of his now his wont let me log back in either! so what do i do and how do i fix it? it worked fine til we logged out then tried to log in again. thanks!
