Where can I go to convert my VHS tapes to video file?

  • I don't have anything to convert a VHS tape to dvd or video file and I was wondering if theres a place to go to convert? I have 2 VHS tapes of me when I was a baby and I want to convert them to video file to put on my computer

I think you can find such services in your Yellow Pages under Photographers, or something like this. Or you can buy a tv card for your PC that allows you to record directly from a video source, and will convert it for you. I imagine your local Big Box electronics store will be able to point one out for you, but do your homework, as always.
