Whats a good home studio microphone set up?

• I'm building a home studio. I got a workstation desk and everything is set up, but i need a microphone set. whats a good one. it has to be affordable. I was thinking about audio technica at2020 with blue icicle audio interface, or a m audio fast track . I can get a package deal with fast track that includes pro tools se but I dont know how good pro tools is, i usually record on adobe audition with vsts. Should i get the m audio or icicle? and i also have a reflection filter and I'm gonna be installing accoustic foams in the room. please tell me which one to get or if i should get another one . thanks
