How to create a DVD interface?

What format do I want to use to create DVDs that will play on my home DVD player?

I have just downloaded the RZ DVD Creator. I have created a Video that I want to watch on my TV via my home DVD player. by format it has a drop down box then has the options: DVD - PAL XVID - DVD - NTSC XVID - DVD - PAL Divx - DVD - NTSC Divx - DVD - PAL SVCD - NTSC SVCD - PAL MPEG2 - NTSC MPEG2 - PAL MPEG1 - NTSC MPEG1 - PAL VCD - NTSC VCD - PAL

I am a user of rz, and I think its so easy, both NTSC and PAL are tv system, NTSC is the TV system used in North America and most of South America, if you live in USA, you should select "DVD-NTSC" to create a standard video DVD which can be played well on your home DVD player, and if your dvd player support divx or xvid, you also can select "divx-dvd-ntsc" or "xvid-dvd-ntsc", but only Divx Certified DVD player can play divx dvd, only xvid Certified DVD player can play xvid dvd. hope it could help you！
