How To Open Mp4 File On X6?

I can't insert any Video file to my mp3/mp4 player.?

• i can't insert any Video file to my mp3/mp4 player,i can insert Music ,E-book and photo,but the video didn't work,my mp3/mp4 been delete all the file before,and i create some new file:music,Movie,Photo,E-book and Game,the others work fine,only the Movie file,i put some Mp4 File format video to the "Movie" file,and i try it,it didn't work,it said"Empty File!",Help!

  try formatting it. if it continues try to use a different software to convert the videos to Mp4 files. these are the two est ways i use and they work. if it continues depending with the manufactures, look for a pc suite for the mp4 player and try to use it to update the mp4 player's software this might however require internet connection
