PSP GO or iPod Touch?

I plan on getting one of these devices soon. I know that the PSP GO isn't coming out until october, but it will be $50 cheaper than an iPod Touch with the same amount of memory (16 gig for $249.99 and $299.99, respectively) I already have a PS3, and I'm assuming that I would get the benefit of connectivity from the PSP GO. I know that games are also being sold for the iPod touch as well (the App Store is very successful, supposedly). I currently have a 2nd gen iPod Nano that still works. Should I upgrade the Nano or purchase the PSP GO in October? I'm just asking here to see what y'all think. :) Thanks in advance for your input.

The PSP is more strongly based on the gaming feature. It has better quality games, BUT the iPod touch has more variety apps like YouTube and music player is much easier to use on the touch. if jailbroken, the itouch is more customizable, too. BTW, itouch battery life sucks. Only bad thing.

PSP's have better graphics and more major games. The iPod had A LOT of very handy applications and similar graphics to the Nintendo DS and many of the same games. I Say iPod - Matt

I'm actually typing on an iPod touch right now! Pros: easy to use,light,long battery life,great apps Cons: none that I can really think of right now! I don't know how many it can hold. But it usually will tell you somewhere when you go and buy it. If I remember correctly it can hold 2,000 songs. I currently have 1,108 songs and 17 apps on mine and a movie. I have only used 4.3gb PSP GO Pros: It is compatible with the PS3 It has pretty good graphics It can be costumized using skins You can access music on it You can show it off and rub it in peoples' faces Cons: You need a memory card You can scratch the screen very easily Sometimes the buttons stick<very rarely> Very long loading games Very Expensive Games i would go with the ipod touch
