Does anyone know of a good English to Vietnamese electronic dictionary?

Does anyone know what's a good electronic german to english dictionary/translator??? Thx.?

And also where to buy it in San Diego???

well... I speak German... I lived there for 10 years and passed the fluency test for a minor and for my work. I really haven't found anything that really work that well. Unfortunately there are far too many variables in the language. If you know what you are saying and you're just trying to double check Google Translator is actually fairly good. But if you are just trying to get a business letter from English to German and you don't speak a lick of German... sorry... good luck.
