Garmin GPS nuvi cd update for maps and points of interest?

any one know about the updates ? i have a nuvi 360 a freind of mine just bought the new disc for map and POI updates , he has alrady updated his maps in his unit and sent me the CD the product key is still on the package im kind of affraid of using this update disc since it was alrady used once at body know about this stuff ?

Answer:
They track download by serial number of the GPS unit. If your friend has already entered the serial number of his GPS when he downloaded, I don't think you will be able to "re-use" his CD.
