What recording system i good for recording gamplay and recording my voice over it?

There are two ways of doing that. First, is to record the audio to your computer with its mic in, or to a separate audio recorder. You import that audio file to your video editor and mix there. Second, is to use a small audio mixer, to mix audio from the console with audio from a microphone. That gets encoded by the audio encoder in your capture device.

If is console game play you are going to need to buy a HD PVR if you want quality. they run at about 300$ and aren't cheap. Just check amazon
