How to update Garmin Nuvi 200?

Garmin Nuvi 200 map updates ?

I recently purchased a Garmin Nuvi 200 (October 2007) and have already updated the firmware twice now. My question is how often does Garmin offer updated USA maps for free download to my unit per year ? I have yet to see an update and many of the area roads here have been changed in the past 2 years.
