How much money a week will it cost to rent a 1 bedroom flat in auckland?

hello im a 29 year old guy from ireland and im moveing to Auckland in early march 2012 on a 1 year working holiday visa. i would like to ask what would it cost me a week to rent a 1 bedroom apartment close to Auckland city fully furnished . also would water, heat and electricty also be included in my price or would i have to pay them sepparate . sorry its just ive never been to new zealand before and i dont know how things work there . one more question has the cridit crunch hit auckland bad . thank you

look at www.trademe.co.nz and look under property for rent. Why not look at the "flatmates" wanted section as well - you won't have to furnish the whole place and could wind up with some good mates and it might be a lot cheaper.
