Found a manhattan room for rent website. Does this look legit?

• So I'm looking for a room to rent in manhattan. Don't need a kitchen. Shared bathroom is fine. I don't need much space. I found this. Its like 2 blocks away from Times Square. And it starts at $700 a month. Or 190 a week. But I would opt for the 700 a month. People have been telling me that it is impossible to find a room in manhattan for under 2000. But here I found this for 700 and its right next to Times Square! Is this legit? Have I been misinformed? Any advice? Know of something cheaper?   It sounds like a hotel, and not a very nice one. You can do a Google street view of the address and see what it looks like.
