How do I find if a property is in foreclosure?

Where can I find Foreclosure Property Listings?

  • I know that they are required to publish the Notice of Default in the local papers, but there never seems to be anything in the Legal section of the Classifieds! Is there an insider location?

  • Answer:

Get on the distribution list of your local title company. If you're serious about working/buying these properties, they'll be happy to help you...assuming you'll use them for the closing.
