Is www.atlanticinc-stores.com a real website?

Can a real estate agent have their own website?

  • Can a real estate agent who works under a broker have a website representing themselves? In the town that I live in it seems like the only agents that have their own website are those that also have a brokers license and don't work under anyone else. Are agents allowed to have a website representing themselves as long as they specify they work under a certain brokerage? I'm not talking about the types of websites c21 agents have that are all subdomains of the main brokerage website, but a completely customizable and personal website advertising their services?

  • Answer:

Yes, you're allowed to have a website representing yourself no matter what career you are in.

Other answers

Um, why would a legitimate business not be allowed to have a website? It is surely logical for an estate agent to put his business through one company. They do not work under the company, they simply deal with them
