What do I need to make a cash offer on a foreclosed home in Texas?
-
I am about to offer $100 on a property that's been on the market for over 2 years the realtor says their hasn't been a single offer in the time listed so I have cash and I don't want any inspections or anything I just want it clear out I have checking savings and credit and have more than needed to buy the home at the offered price?

Answer:
You show proof of funds with the offer. 100 is not enough to even pay for the banks appraisal though, the offer will go into the trash. The agent is not going to even risk their job by presenting it. They need a serious offer, not a joke.

What do you need? You need to get a Texas real estate license. Any Realtor who would submit such an offer would not know how to fill out the paperwork. Run away from them.
