How much money would it cost to build a house in Lenawee County, MI?

• I live in Adrian MI and I would just like to know how much money it would cost to build a 2-3 story house with 3-4 bedrooms, and a basement. Would it cost more to have a crew build it for me? The property would be 3-5 acres, but the land already paid for. Id just like to know how much building a house would cost with supplies, wood, sheetrock, all that junk-and how building it would look in comparison to having someone build it. Not looking for one exact price, but estimates of price ranges is what Im after.

  2 storey house with 4 bedrooms and a basement. - base price would be $125,000. but if you u need to do fancy stuff like granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring, really good doors, etc you could go up to $500,000 or even 1 million. with the prices in MI, you're probably well off buying one.
