Can i apply for an apartment if i only recieve tanf? i recieve $650.00 a month?

No. Some local agencies have rent assistance but I dont know where. How can you rent an apartment with income like $650. Why dont you get a job? No one would rent to you without a job anyway. You can rent a room maybe in someone's house.
