Council housing thinking of moving to south wales any suggestions witch councils to try?

• hello i iam thinking of moveing to south wales in the vallys some wear .and i would like to know if any one on here would know just haw i would go about moving and applying . to the south wales houseing . as i leave in London and i am on a low income . on benifits . so i need to exchange my council house to move in to south wales . if i can as the cost of leaveing in London is too hight and i have no family and friends in london as my dad died 2 years ago and all of my friends are in the vallys of south wales dose any one on here know haw i go about moveing to south wales to the vallys and wear would the best place to try if any one can help it would be great .
