Need a RE Broker to find an apartment or room for rent, do you know of one online?

Hi, I read online that a Real Estate Broker can do all the leg work for you and find an apartment and set up appointments for you. Said it costs about $300. I'm wanting them to do the prelim for a room for rent. Does anyone know of a good company I can use? Online website is fine. I'm moving to Los Angeles area.

Just do a google search on brokers in the area - any large office will have several agents will to do this, especially now.
