Is national agents alliance a good company to work for?

To Real Estate Agents: Which company would you rather work for? Prudential or Coldwell Banker?

  • I am looking for a new company to work for I have it narrowed down to those two and also some local ones? So what do you suggest and why??

  • Answer:

They're both well known brokerage franchises, so I wouldn't care about which one based on name. I'd care about the following: - how much are my monthly fees? - do I pay a flat fee to the brokerage on each deal, or do I give a % of my commission? - are there any fees outside my monthly fees? - what services and machines do the office have? - are there free courses available? - do I get along with the managing broker? Personally I wouldn't care as long as I get what I wanted. If the monthly fees are high, I'm not interested. If I have to give a % of my commission, no thanks.
