Are Condos Or Apartments Cheaper To Rent?

Does anybody have any apartments/condos for rent?

  • I'm looking for an apartment or condo that is handicapped accessible and allows dogs in the San Fernando Valley CA. I have a dog weighing 60 lbs. Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Try contacting a local real estate agent. They'll be able to help you with all that. A really good website to browse local real estate/real estate agents is: http://www.realestateforsaleincalifornia.net It's really easy to navigate and is full of info about realtors with links to their personal websites. Most of their websites will have all the available homes/rentals in the area along with community info, so you can do some research before you contact anyone. Hopefully that works for you. all i can tell you is to check the websites. craigslist.com, apartments.com, rent.com

I don't think you are going to find an apartment that YOU would want to live in that will accept a 60 lb dog unless the dog is a guide dog or in some other way trained to help assist you in your disability. Then, by law, the dog would have to be accepted. I suggest you try staying at an Extended Stay America. Their rooms are small but fully equipped with a kitchen. They take dogs of all sizes and the cost per month is not much more than a nice apartment. Besides, you'll get maid service twice a week! This might be an option for you while you continue your search. They have handicapped rooms available as well.
