Where can I find real estate data (sales vs listings, days on market, etc.) for Charlotte, NC market?

Looking for concrete data to compare market conditions.

This doesn't list all the info you're looking for but it's still a good tool with lots of info: http://meckcama.co.mecklenburg.nc.us/relookup/ If the link is dead (which it sometimes is for me) just type in Charlotte Real Estate Lookup in Google and it's the first link (works every time). And on realtor.com, if you go to the "what's my house worth" link on the homepage, it lets you search what houses recently sold for around the address you entered. If you need a house number (because you're only interested in the area), use the Real Estate lookup for the house #'s on the street.
