Where to find a place near Berlin to rent a room for single?

I was asked to find a new place to live,and not given any notice in writing. I paid for the entire months rent?

• My room mate, also my land lord asked me to look for another place to live, because my son (12 yr old) was making too much noise. This is untrue. My son works on school assignments (online) till 11pm, but there was no noise. I don't care for noise myself so I know this guy is full of it. The other room mate was very noisey cranking up his radio and tv all night yet he never addressed him and I never complained about his loud talking all night nor about anything, just to keep the peace. In fact he is the one that makes noise all night and has major anti social behaviors. With this in mind we kept to ourselves minding our own and were rarely home since this guy was acting sort of wierd. I figured he just isn't use to having room mates or kids. To make a boring story short. He asked that I look for another place to live on 2/16/2011, because of the so called noises. I asked him why he never addressed it with me. All along he would say "I can never tell when you two are home, your both so quiet" lol. Anyway, never got a notice to vacate premises or anything, just verbally asked. Oh, I signed a month to month lease. I alwasy paid rent on time and he double charged me for all utilitys (water, elec, gas, sewage) not sure if this is legal and it was not in the month tomonth agreement. I moved out and now I see he has the room posted up for rent already stating "room availbale now" on CL. Is this legal? I am paid up till the end of this month. Can he rent the room out so soon? I think he was discriminatign against my son?? There was no noise at night. I dont think my son's key punching was that loud! lol!

  Your son has to be given a 30 day eviction notice or you can take the landlord to court.This is law. Stand your grounds and don't let the land lord do this to your son.
