It doesnt really go on the basis os zones but individual areas. For example a flat in Chelsea would be a hell of a lot more expensive than a flat in Hackney. You need to do some research. Your not going to get anyhting for less than £130k for a studio i.e all one room, London is damn expensive. i know Ive lived here all my life :-)
