Where is good / safe place to live in florida with good surf for around 100k.?

  • I work a rotational job 28 days on / 28 days off and want to stop paying colorado's 5% sales tax. I like to surf and spearfish and figure the east coast of florida would be a great place for a 26 year old to move to.

    Hahahaha! Good one! Seriously, if you are looking to move to FL you need to find a job before you do anything else. Jobs are few & far between. Living anywhere near the ocean will cost you through the nose. Prices are thinking about coming down, but that is all they are doing-thinking about it.
