Apartment Marketing Ideas?

Anyone have any creative, unique ideas on the ultimate move in special? I am doing an open house this weekend and I want to do something different, something that noone else is doing. I'm tired of the standard "One month free" thing. I'm always so busy, I never have a moment to sit down and think creatively! Any ideas that any of you have would be fantastic! Just remember, I have a short period of time, and if it is going to cost me money up front, then it has to be inexpensive. Thanks!

Try placing your apartment ad through RentShout http://www.rentshout.com. Your rental ad will be posted to 60+ sites, online video portals and you get full color posting html for Craigslist. This will allow you to reach a wide range of renters who search online. You will get good renter leads fast.

Melissa - I'm having great luck just putting rentals onto craigslist. If you have nice units at fair prices, you shouldn't need to do lots of fancy marketing. For an open house, offer food and a party atmosphere, have your model or open unit staged for showing, and don't discount the "one month free" thing. Just because you are tired of it, doesn't mean it isn't effective! Remember, it's the holidays, and most people would prefer not to move during the holidays. Make it easy and inexpensive for them.
