I live in Richmond Heights, Ohio, where can I file a complaint against my property management company?

They have been giving me the runaround regarding a complaint I had filed with them since I moved in a couple of weeks ago. Any info will be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!

Answer:
Real estate management companies must hold a real estate license. Start with your local association of Realtors. However if they haven't violated the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice (google it), you won't have much of a case. realtor.sailor
