Can use my BPI Cirrus debit card for PayPal?

PayPal said I can only use debit/credit card with Mastercard logo on it. Since I can use Cirrus to withdraw to the machines with Mastercards logo, can I use it to withdraw money from PayPal? (Sorry for my bad grammar.)

Hi, Currently, you BPI Express Teller card cannot be enrolled/linked to your PayPal account. The card is not a MasterCard, it is only affiliated with Cirrus which allows you to withdraw money worldwide from any Cirrus-affiliated ATMs. Thanks

If your credit / debit card has either a Mastercard, Visa or Amex logo, you can link it to your Paypal account. If you have money in your Paypal account, you can log in and make a withdrawal. This means you will be withdrawing money from your Paypal and transferring it to your bank account. It takes 6 - 8 business days for the money to appear in your bank account.
