i have this loan on the process in a lending company but i wanted to cancel it and they wanted me to write a request for cancellation but i don't know how to do a format letter of cancellation pls help

just put in the body that due to chances in you life this loan is no longer required and you request that the note be cancelled.. thanks you you help in obtaining the loan and i will contact you if i am ever in need of future financing!!!
